Past Entertainment at WIM Conferences
Legendary lesbian stand-up Comedian Dana Goldberg was a welcomed guest at our 2023 Annual Conference in Suquamish, WA. Not only did she treat us to a belly-laughing comedy set, she finished the evening by leading our live auction, setting a record for the most funds raised at our annual conference. Through the generosity of conference attendees, we were able to offset conference fees and continue to support medical student leadership scholarships.She was scheduled to return for our 2025 Albuquerque, NM, conference prior to its cancellation. We look forward to maintaining a working relationship with Dana and look forward to inviting her to our next WIM in-person event.
